FTOR-3WH is the Test System for performance of Memory Device This system constitutes body of FTOR-3WH and PC for Control.The driver signals to DUT constitute 32 I/O Driver(Input and Output is possible) and 32 AD Drivers（28 signals perform only output, and 4 signals in the signals can be input and output）. Total is 64 signals. And you can measure 16 DUT in the maximum at one time
